Oscidia is an AUv3 plugin designed for iOS platforms, integrating seamlessly with popular digital audio workstations and serving as a versatile sound source for MIDI inputs. Its extensive array of features and oscillator variants enable the synthesis of a broad spectrum of sounds, from traditional tones to complex textures. Notably, the inclusion of WaveTable synthesis significantly broadens the palette of wave types and introduces comprehensive modulation possibilities. Each voice comprises three oscillators, each capable of utilizing different wavetables that dynamically morph and interact to generate rich sonic landscapes.

The plugin offers a selection of waveforms including SINE, SAW, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, SUPERSAW, SUPERSQUARE, WAVE TABLE, and ADDITIVE synthesis. Users can import and export wavetables via intuitive drag-and-drop functions directly within the WaveTable manager. These wavetables support morphing and phase distortion (warping), with all parameters modulated through the integrated Mod Matrix. Additionally, the SINE and TRIANGLE waveforms provide multiple wave folding modes that facilitate dramatic real-time transformations.

Oscidia features five filter types supporting 12dB and 24dB slopes, along with morphable low-pass, band-pass, and high-pass modes. These filters can be automated through modulation sources or via the embedded sequencer. The sequencer itself is notably advanced, permitting the simultaneous operation of up to three independent arpeggiators (ARPs). Each ARP can autonomously control oscillator levels per step, as well as pitch, filter parameters, cutoff frequency, probability of note occurrence, gate timing, note repetition, and ties. This setup enables the creation of intricate rhythmic patterns that are not solely pitch-dependent.
